EB-403-1LV
EB-403-1LV is a higher viscosity epoxy especially suited for smaller area glob top encapsulation. It provides high thermal conductivity that dissipates hear away from high powered components. EB-403-LV can also be used in high powered LEDs for increased heat dissipation. EB-403-1LV is also used to pot small drum cores in octagonal and rectangular housings. EB-403-1LV can withstand temperatures over 260°C continuously.
